Online Booking Deposits 
Every customer booking a service valued at €40 or above will now be required to pay a 20% deposit of the total service cost. This policy ensures that we can maintain a high level of service and availability for all our clients. Deposits can be made through our secure online booking platform and will be deducted from your final bill at the time of your visit.

Hair Extension Deposits 
For hair extensions, please book a free consultation first. After your consultation, if you choose to proceed with hair extensions, we will require a 50% deposit of the total service amount. This non-refundable deposit secures the specific hair extensions for your appointment.

Cancellation Notice & Rescheduling 
To cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 46 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 46 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. Therefore, the 20% deposit for online bookings becomes non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within this 46-hour period. The same policy applies to appointments rescheduled within 46 hours, the deposit will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals 
To ensure we do not run late for our other clients, please arrive promptly for your scheduled time. If you are too late for us to fulfill your service without disrupting the rest of the day’s schedule, we will need to treat the appointment as a late cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.

No-Shows 
A “no-show” occurs when a client misses an appointment without providing any advance notice. We understand that unexpected emergencies happen; however, to protect our stylists’ time and keep the salon running smoothly, any client who no-shows for three appointments will no longer be able to book future services with us. Our booking system will block customers who no-show three times, making it not possible to book appointments online with us again.
