Cancellation Policy

At Alpha Hair Studio, our commitment is to provide exceptional service to all our clients. Due to high demand, we’ve updated our cancellation policy effective immediately.

Online Booking Deposits:

Every customer booking a service valued at €50 or above will now be required to pay a 20% deposit of the total service cost. This policy ensures that we can maintain a high level of service and availability for all our clients. Deposits can be made through our secure online booking platform and will be deducted from your final bill at the time of your visit.

Hair Extensions Deposits:

For hair extensions, please book a free consultation first. After your consultation, if you choose to proceed with hair extensions, we will require a 50% deposit of the total service amount. This non-refundable deposit secures the specific hair extensions ordered for your appointment.

Cancellation Notice:

To cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. Therefore, the 20% deposit for online bookings becomes non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within this 48-hour period.
